There’s a lot that I liked about this book (especially in the first half), enough to read it twice, but when talking about unruly bodies, not talking about fat bodies or trans/nb bodies seems like a missed opportunity. I’m glad she included stories of sick women’s bodies but I also would have loved to learn more about other disabled women’s work.
